McFarland Clinic PC welcomes Constantine Panakos, DO, and Katie Cates-Panakos, DO, to the Jefferson McFarland office at 1002 West Lincolnway. Both doctors began seeing patients in February 2008.
Dr. Constantine Panakos has been practicing family medicine at the Tanglewood Medical Center in Derby, Kan., since 2004. His training includes a family medicine residency at the Via Christi Family Medicine Program in Wichita, Kan. Dr. Panakos was also named intern of the year during his rotating internship at Riverside Hospital in Wichita. He earned his medical degree from the University of Health Sciences in Kansas City, Mo.
Dr. Katie Cates-Panakos has recently been providing care in rural Kansas through the Docs Who Care program, which is a group of health care providers who partner with community hospitals to provide clinic and emergency room staffing, hospital inpatient care, and other administrative services. She also completed her residency at the Via Christi Family Medicine Program in Wichita, and earned her medical degree from the University of Health Sciences in Kansas City.
